Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that’s used to treat skin concerns via collagen production. Also known as collagen induction therapy, this treatment may help those looking to reduce the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores. Using PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) can expedite the healing process of tissues and reduce the appearance of pigmentation and acne scarring when used with microneedling. PRP treatment involves using the patient's own blood as a resource to isolate the platelets with a centrifuge. Safety: Microneedling is minimally invasive, requiring no downtime. It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure isn’t safe for people who use certain acne medications or for women who are pregnant. You’ll experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure. Convenience: Total prep and procedure time is about two hours. You may need at least four procedures or more for the best results. **PLEASE NOTE all appointments have a 2 rescheduling/cancellation maximum. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled twice, you will not be able to book services at Brow Esthetic San Diego and your deposit is forfeited**

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are subject to an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. More than 2 consecutive cancellations will result in an inability to receive services at Brows & Esthetics San Diego.
