Cancellation policy :

Lash Membership Policy

Membership Benefits:
   •    Regular lash extension maintenance sessions.
   •    Discounts on additional beauty services.
   •    Priority booking and flexible scheduling.
   •    Exclusive member-only promotions and events.

Membership Duration:

The lash membership is valid for a minimum of 12 months. The cost of membership is subject to change and 30 days notice will be sent by email to all customers. 

​

Membership Dues:
Members are required to pay a monthly fee for the duration of their membership.

Cancellation Policy:
   •    Members may cancel their membership after the initial 12-month commitment without any cancellation fee.
   •    If a member chooses to cancel before the 12-month commitment period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 months of membership dues will apply.

Cancellation Procedure:

For any new or renewed membership, cancellations made before the completion of the 12-month contract will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 months' worth of the monthly membership fee. This fee will be charged to the Member's account within 30 days of cancellation.

Exceptions:

Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced in the case of documented medical reasons or relocation outside the service area.

 

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the membership.

Changes to Membership Policy:
The salon reserves the right to amend or modify the membership policy with a 30-day notice to all active members.
By signing up for the lash membership, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Plan 1: $69 - 12 Month Contract

  • Cost: $69 per month

  • Commitment: 12-month contract

  • Discounts: 10% off retail products and services

      • Express HydraFacial

Plan 2: $99 - 12 Month Contract

 

  • Cost: $99 per month

  • Commitment: 12-month contract

  • Discounts: 10% off retail products and services

    • Monthly Treatment Options (Choose One):

      • Signature Facial

      • Signature HydraFacial

      • Microneedling

    • Options to Upgrade Treatments (for additional fees):

 

      • Deluxe HydraFacial for $50 more

      • Platinum HydraFacial for $100 more

      • Add neck to Microneedling for $50

      • Plasma Fibroblast for $100 more

 

    • Membership Benefits:

 

      • Ability to bank memberships for up to 3 months

      • Cancellation before the 12-month period incurs a fee of 2 months' worth of payments

Both plans offer a 12-month commitment, 10% off retail products and services, the flexibility to choose from specified monthly treatments, the option to upgrade treatments for additional fees (for Plan 2), the ability to bank memberships for up to 3 months, and a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 months' worth of payments if canceled before the 12-month period.
